I was going to have a small procedure and all that surrounded it was just mind-numbing. For 2 weeks I was frazzled. This book was such an amazing help to me on that day and for days that followed.I liked that the technique is available to everyone and that there isn't any huge learning curve. I mean, after all, it can't be that relaxing if you are frustrated trying to learn how to become relaxed, right? =)I was relieved that the book had pictures to show the locations of each of the twelve points. Each of the twelve points were also explained by "body/organ" and "action" to give you a better idea of what benefits each point provided. I also liked that the treatments were broken in to two sections also WITH PHOTOS. One was self-treatment, the other was treating other people.The technique was truly simple and easy to follow and can be done in as little as 10-15 minutes. Just keep in mind this is a time to relax so allow yourself to remain relaxed. Not ideal to use the technique and then head right in to Monday morning rush hour traffic. =)It has helped me tremendously, in just the short time I've been using it. SO glad I bought this book when I did!!

By Valerie L It's been harder and harder to deal with the stress of everyday life with the poor economy and I have been looking for ways to relieve the constant tension I feel. I went to my doctor months ago and she put me on anxiety pills. They do help but I needed a way to relieve stress without being medicated. My best friend is into natural healing and has opened my mind to older techniques. After all, modern medicine is not all natural. There are only so many pills a body can handle before it has adverse effects! Plus they are costly.This book was easy to follow, easy to learn with precise directions to the exact spot. The pictures also were a huge help. You can do this anywhere! There are 12 spots to remember but narrowed down to the few important ones if you can't remember it all. It also has a section about on headaches that would be useful to someone who get's frequent headaches. I was able to use the tips today after a huge fight with my daughter about chores- or lack thereof- and it came in handy. It's a great book to learn some alternate ways of dealing with stress and headaches that will work for most people. It doesn't hurt to try!
