I went 30 consecutive days and finished today. I feel stronger physically and mentally. Sean's delivery and personality are perfect. If you're looking for a program that will keep you motivated and in shape while having fun this is your book. If you're looking for some fu-fu Yoga blah-blah-blah keep on looking.

This is geared toward the complete beginner though you better be healthy and in somewhat reasonable shape to start with as some workouts are quite intense. I like revisiting the basics from time to time and work on form, precision and control. I recommend to everyone.

By Amazon Customer I seriously lack the discipline when fitting in my yoga practice.Sean's new book really helps me, by following his suggested videos. I don't have the excuse that there's insufficient time to search through all the beginner videos on You Tube.
