Even if you don't know what the DASH Diet is, but you are looking for recipes with low sodium intake to help you control your blood pressure, then you will love this book. It has numerous recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even desserts. I really liked that the author even threw in a bonus chapter for crockpot meals. These are great if you are short on time for cooking, but still need to eat low sodium. These recipes are simple, tasty, and perfect for anyone looking for a low sodium diet. Highly recommend!

He suffers hypertension and have to really take care of the kind of diet we want to incorporate in our lifestyle. True enough, I asked family and friends and even befriended Google for recipes that requires the need to remove salt or reduce the use of it. Impossible, but there must be a way to at least prepare a decent, yet healthy and sumptuous meal. The recipes in this book are doable and easy to prepare covering from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts.You can easily find the ingredients too. You can select different recipes according to your preference and see if works and if your family members likes it (and can taste the difference). I am actually excited and nervous to try, but I am heading to the groceries to try some. Good thing the recipes includes cheese, my kids love anything about cheese. And pizzaaaaaa!!

I love vegetarian polenta pizza,it is so delicious and will satisfy your craving.It is also healthy and light on your tummy.This book includes weight loss suggestions and Dash Diet recipes that will help you reach your weight loss and health goals. Research has shown that the Dash Diet reduces the risk of many diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. This diet focuses mostly on consumption of a low fat diet including whole grains, nuts, fish, and poultry. The book was very informative and easy to read.
