By Amazon Customer If you want to change your eating habits, then this is the book you need to read! We all function daily on certain patterns which can be changed over time, if we notice they don’t benefit us anymore. If other typical diets regarding losing weight are concerned about what you eat and how much, this guide is focused on your eating schedule. So you can eat whatever you want, but be careful when you do it. I like that the book is full of pros and cons regarding this approach and so I can decide for myself which way is the best way for my health and my entire being.

After I read it, the concept was clear to me. Intermittent fasting is not a diet, but it’s a pattern of eating. The author, Chris Newton, explained why this approach was effective to achieve weight loss goal compared to traditional dieting. What I like most about this book was Chris also provided different intermittent fasting method that suited to different people lifestyle.If you want to lose weight effectively while remain healthy, this book is for you.
