I have been using them for a year and I always am looking for new exercises or to check in and make sure I am doing my exercises correctly. I have seen such an increase in strength since I started using kettlebells. Also it has done wonders for lifting my but. I can lift things I could never lift before and I also notice I recover from things much better. I can't say enough about Kettlebells and this book is a big help.

My arms are finally getting toned like I wanted them to be in the areas that I've been struggling with since I started getting back into shape. I can feel it working on my stomach area as well and also in my shoulders... you can really FEEL the areas that are getting worked on after your workouts. Getting closer to my weight goal and I'm sticking to it. If you're new to kettlebell workouts or have been hearing about it, this is a great training ebook to get you training properly in the right ways. So much worth reading!
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. give better results than others By Gianfranco First of all i want to say that i bought this book in a promotion .In addition , i want to say that i like this book because i am a person that take care of my body , and i have been trying a lot of recipes to burn fat and get shape , but this one its been the best for me because i have burn fat like 85% of my body , it was a miracle because i want to be in a good shape i want to have results faster and this book was the only that gave me the result in 30 day . Finally , i will recommend this product to my friends from the gym
