This book is an excellent companion to her ayurvedic diet how-to book By Michelle Green This book is an excellent companion to her ayurvedic diet how-to book, released last month. This book gives you practical tools and tips to put the practice into your life, with laid-out plans, recipes, and more. As with her other works, Ramirez has a friendly, conversational tone to her writing. You really get the sense that she truly cares about total health and wellness, and wants to convey that care and concern to her readers. I highly recommend picking up this book, especially if you have been reading her other books, particularly the previous one, explaining how to understand the ayurvedic diet. She has a lot of great know-how and she can help get you on the path to wellness!

Great introduction to Ayuverdic food By Jessalyn Ronald I wasn’t familiar with the benefits of Ayuverdic meals before reading this book but now I’m very intrigued. I like the detoxifying properties of Ayuverdic meals and love the ideas behind this ancient medicinal practice.Learning about the different types of dosha and how to identify them was really interesting. Of course the most helpful part of the book for me was the variety of recipes so you can create a well balanced diet with Ayuverdic meals.Overall, I think this book was a great introduction to the detoxifying benefits of Ayuverdic food.
