Bear If you want to learn how to lose weight and gain muscle with intermittent fasting... get this book!! Joshua does a fantastic job of explaining the different methods of fasting, how often to do them and the pros and cons of each. He provides many options that will fit into anybody's busy schedule. His explanations are backed up with medical studies and research. I learned a lot about how the human body uses food as energy and the metabolic processes it utilizes to shed body fat. If you are looking for a simple, easy way to lose weight while maintaining muscle mass, get this book!
