Great book. if you are interested in calisthenics/bodyweight training By Johnnie Parker Great book. if you are interested in calisthenics/bodyweight training, this book does a great job of outlining progressions to get to more advanced exercises and has lots of great instructions as well as a bunch of pictures that clearly show proper form and progression through the exercise. Highly recommend. Great Book about calisthenics. With detailed step by step explanations to some interesting exercises. Worth trying to master these exercises.

By Dia Hughes When I have read that Calisthenics is a muscle building technique that allows you to work out anytime, anywhere, without using any equipment, while still achieving the same results as you would in a gym, I immediately become interested with it. This is something new for me. Going to the gym is an ordeal for me, so other alternatives are always welcome. This is where this book goes so perfect. It has discussed topics that all add to the wonders of Calisthenics. Topics like what Calisthenics really is, why one can choose it over the other workouts available, its 3 secrets, some helpful tips one can follow before starting, and so much more. This book will be precious for all health fanatics out there.
